What’s up?

November is NaNoWriMo; it’s also NaBloPoMo. I’m not participating in either, but I do like the motivation each provides to write every day. In addition, they give people a bit of a social “out” – a way to blow off other commitments to focus on writing. I don’t have anything new to post to this blog, but I did want to point you to a few things I’ve written for my other blogs:

On Kneed to Know, I wrote a long post about yoga after ACL surgery. If I can do yoga, you can do yoga!

I also posted two killer drink recipes on What Carry Eats: Egg-Not and European-Style Sipping Chocolate.
