Coming to a mountain near you
Merry Christmas to me! My new boots arrived from Gore today. I can’t wait to out them through the paces on my next mountain adventure.
Oh, and those new gaiters are courtesy of Outdoor Research. When OR says their products have an “infinite guarantee” they really mean it. (On Sunday they took back a pair of 11-year-old gaiters with holes in them and gave me a brand new pair!)
It really pays to buy from brands who stand behind their products.

I bought a pair of Asolo Broad Peak that look just like these. I love ‘em. Super dry and really comfy.
Euro-trash silver. It’s all the rage. Seriously though, I’m going to have to look into the Asolos. These may be a tad too narrow for my feet.
